Liji Lebao fish pickles choosing high quality vegetable in vegetable base as raw materials, is processed with the special traditional craft of Sichuan pickles, by combining with modern technology, main material pickling. The product can be used to cook pickles fish, pickles soup, pickles shredded meat, to stew dish, cook chicken, duck, goose and etc, and all taste  delicious.

Making dishes are as follows:
1. Hollow out a fresh fish about 1-1.5kg, remove the scale and cut the fish into pieces or cubes, then put  them into a plate.
2. Put bean powder, cooking wine and egg white to mix well. (Note:  Don't need to add salt)
3. Cook some vegetable oil, put the seasoning in and fry for 3 minutes.
4. Add suitable boiling wate(or bone soup), put the fish bone in and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the fish pieces into the soup and until it's fully cooked.
5. Add scallion and remove the pot. You can serve the delicious dish。
Note: The product is suitable for three to five people, the materials added according to personal taste.
