Liji Lebao Pickles Fish Seasoning choosing high-quality vegetable in vegetable base as raw materials, processed with the special traditional craft of Sichuan pickles, by combining with modern technology, main material pickling. The product can be used to cook pickles fish, pickles soup, pickles shredded meat, to stew dish, cook chicken, duck, goose and etc, and all taste delicious.
Making dishes are as follows:
1. Hollow out a fresh fish about 1-1.5kg, remove the scale and cut the fish into pieces or cubes, then put them into a plate.
2. Add kipper flavoring, suitable cooking wine and egg white, stir well and entered taste. (Note: Don't need to add salt)
3. Cook some vegetable oil. Fry the pickles for 3 minutes.
4. Add suitable boiling water(or bone soup) and the seasoning to cook for 3 minutes, then put the fish bone in and cook for about 3 minutes. At last, add the fish pieces into the soup and until it's fully cooked.
5. Put it in the plate and sprinkle the spicy flavoring and cooked vegetable oil 100g on the fish. At last, add some scallion and you can serve the delicious dish.
Note: The product is suitable for three to five people, the materials added according to personal taste.
